2018 Hearthside Dinners:

Saturday, May 12 & Saturday, October 6

Scroll down to view both 2018 MENUS.
Seating at the tables is limited, so please consider reserving early. There is plenty of excellent 1800's menu food and a relaxed, enjoyable evening for you at the Hearthside Dinner!

Held on the Stones Trace Historical Society Pioneer Festival Grounds, INSIDE the landmark Stone's Trace Tavern Inn, documented to be one of the oldest buildings in Noble County.

YOU are invited to enjoy a pleasurable evening of classic and period music and stories as the Stone family re-enactors serve you an intimate, hearthside meal. The eight-course menu varies depending upon the season. The menu is representative of authentic dishes prepared in the mid 1800's. You are encouraged to participate in the early American atmosphere by dressing in clothing that is typical for early or mid 19th century. It's a lot of fun accompanied by great food!

A suggested donation of $40 per guest will reserve a seat for the dinner.
Seating is limited. Avoid disappointment by reserving early.
Please arrive hungry by 5:45p on the date of the dinner. Meal begins @ 6p.

Since the Hearthside Dinners are staffed by Stone's Trace Historical Society volunteers, all proceeds from the dinner are used for maintenance and preservation of the Stones Trace Historic Buildings.
Overnight accommodations are available in nearby Ligonier, Albion or Kendallville. Please request detailed accommodation information when you contact Janet Sweeney for dinner reservations. Please note that there is a 7 day cancellation policy. We are sorry, but we are unable to give refunds within 7 days or less of the dinner date.
